About Robert

Devoted husband to Marie-Josee and father of James, believer, lover of life, ultimate optimist, coffee crazy man. Robert Shaar started his life journey in Montreal, Canada and resided there until he was 25. He served as HSBC’s Canadian insurance division CEO after serving several District/Regional roles with them. He then moved to Richmond, VA, and after serving approximately 17 executive assignments in over 30 states, he opened his own business in 2008. High-level management was enjoyable, but building and impacting skylines in a meaningful way have Robert is even better. Helping business owners realize their full real estate and financial destiny keeps Robert motivated. He loves showing how owning real estate can set up any business owner with financial security.
